Love dr Warren. He sees everyone is our household. He’s great at what he does!However, the wait times suckk! 2-3 hrs here every time for an appt.
Its no fun when your out of your pain meds and your dr didnt make appointmentYou get stuck waiting. Its not cool going thru withdrawal.I typed to send you a text said you could not be found I was told dr in Camdenton would fill the script for dr bowman ?
I have the ability to see Primary and Ob via Mercy or Phelps, but choose to go here because of the dedication and care that these providers have for their patients. I see Dr.Warren (PCP) and Dr.Schmidt (OB), both very experienced doctors and well-mannered. It can sometimes be a long wait for your appointment, but it has never bothered me because the care I receive is well worth the wait times.It was difficult to get a hold of anyone via phone for a brief period, but it was because they were understaffed. I have a much easier time getting a hold of them lately and the longest wait time I’ve had in the past 3 months is about 5 minutes. Be patient - the healthcare field is generally short in a lot of areas. I can tell you after 2-3 years of going here, the staff, providers, and nurses truly care.
This place was great during our pregnancy and Dr. Bowman is amazing and helped my wife and daughter great. The front reception and getting ahold of someone since my daughters been born has been terrible. Its such a struggle just to talk to someone on the phone weve called and went other places just because they respond. My daughter has been feeling bad the last couple days and we called at 10:32am to talk to a nurse or Dr. Its 4:28pm and never received a call back. We love the way the Drs treat our daughter but when we need help Its extremely disappointing to feel like we cant get any.
I love my dentist, Fairbanks. My frustrations are that I drive an hour to be here and I have not once been seen on time. There is a sign that says to notify the receptionist if you are 15 minutes past your SCHEDUALED appointment time. I did that after waiting 25 minutes and she couldnt tell me anything except offer to reschedule me so im not sure what the point is in their sign. Now I have waited over 60 minutes SO FAR and have not been given an estimated time to be seen. I made it a priority to Leave home early, arrive ten minutes early to my appointment, so they should have the courtesy to see me in a timely manner. Its not like I am a walk In. This happens everytime. I would have loved to have been given a heads up either by phone or even as soon as I walked in that they would be running at the very least, an hour behind. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule but who is to say it wont happen next time. Plus I work two jobs and live an hour away and this is for fillings that need to be done asap as Ive already waited so long since they book so far out. The frustration is real and with a little more customer service and appreciation I think this could be prevented.
Has been three weeks since we finished my daughters testing and I have called twice (with time in between) and the Dr. Cant be bothered to answer the message of when I can expect results. I have been completely fine with it taking time but this is just neglectful to leave us in the dark about even an estimate. Her therapists and school keep asking me when and I have no answer and feel like I should at least be able to do more than just shrug my shoulders at them.
Worst customer service I’ve very experienced! They reschedule your appointments or cancel them with out even telling you. I drive 45 minutes to get to this office and when I show up I wait 20 minutes for them to even acknowledge me! When I’m finally addressed I’m told the provider I was scheduled with only works every other Friday now so I need to do reschedule my appointment. That would have been great to know before I took off work and drove all the way out there. I was told they tried to leave a message. No they didn’t or I wouldn’t have came.
We were sent to the hole in the wall clinic in an alley way to Dr.Teel for my daughters autism testing and she was very rude as soon as she found out I was the step parent not biomom, when we have had full custody for over 8 years and I have been the only mom shes ever known since she was 4. She acted like Dad and I were idiots for having her testing because she doesnt have very many symptoms when her primary doctor was who wanted her tested in the first place. I felt very pushed off, disrespected and felt like basically a joke of a mom in her eyes. Will not be taking my daughter back here, we will wait for the thompson center to have an opening.
Not sure where to start. My daughter has mental health issues. Her first therapist was useless, he, thankfully retired. We decided to try a new doctor. My daughter saw Lisa two times, really felt she could help her, just got a a call to reschedule for a new doctor! What!? Cant keep a good mental help person? Disappointed for sure.
This place is a sham...Lisa King is not a Dr...they give her that title though. Was not able to see her this past Friday. Terry Krantz was on staff. Im going to leave it at after being diagnosed I went home with 1 prescription; and then this morning had To get my husband to drive me to urgent care at Lake Regional.I was diagnosed with 2 viruses and an ear infection. Which BTW was missed on my visit Friday! So there went $80 and no healing!!! Not about the $$$ however, about the care! When you call nurse practioners Drs. They seem to get an inflated ego!I understand medical treatment has changed but the careless way in which I was treated on my last two visits by inept staff and overinflated egotistical nurse practioners visits is shameful! NEVER AGAIN!
They don’t answer their phones. i cant make an appointment if i cant get ahold of a front desk employee.
They are so nice and have fixed my smile. What more can I say? Ive been going there since I was a teen and now my almost destroyed teeth are healthy and beautiful again.
The staff is always very helpful. I am able to wait in my car with my baby and they call me to come inside. Dr. Theobold is always open to answering any questions I may have.
Very disappointed in the attitude of Angela Moore at the front desk. Her attitude to a patient is far from professional. May take my business today elsewhere.
Will not answer the phone. If they do, they put you on hold and then hang up.
Horrendous experience with these knuckleheads. Stay away!
